Ron Bromfield offers his clients 30 years of management leadership. He has demonstrated his ability to take command and control of companies in need of immediate leadership and operational stability. As a president and CEO, he has worked to quickly align the interests of employees with the needs of the enterprise. Alongside senior management, Ron has rapidly created the near-term financial objectives and ultimately transitioned companies from teetering on the brink to orderly, sustainable enterprises. His cross functional management experiences in project management, marketing, sales and manufacturing provide an in-depth understanding of a company’s infrastructure, the critical pieces that make a company work.
Ron has more than 25 years’ experience in executive roles, having served as president and/or CEO for five companies. He was a director and vice president in six different positions for Physio-Control, a world leader in monitors and defibrillators. At Spacelabs, a medical monitoring company, Ron led as senior vice president and general manager of the patient monitoring division. At NeoPath, a high-tech medical device company, Ron served as President and CEO. He also provided leadership and management of an industrial instrument company called Branom Instruments as their president, CEO and chairman of the board.
Ron received a bachelor of arts in social studies from Washington State University. In addition, he attained a minor in psychology and coaching. He and his wife, Valerie, have three adult daughters and three grandchildren. When not watching his granddaughters in soccer, dance and baseball games, Ron and Valerie spend time with family and are spirited Seahawks fans.
