Larry Andrews joins the OneAccord team as a passionate leader with more than 30 years of executive, general manager P&L and operational management experience in both for-profit (two Fortune 50 companies) and faith-based nonprofit organizations.

Larry's leadership has consistently translated into increasing levels of financial, organizational, operational, customer/donor and mission results. As the president and CEO of Partners International over a seven-year period, Larry led the organization though massive transformation focused on advancing the mission and significantly strengthening the organization's financial, organizational, operational and missional capacity. The transformation included recasting organizational vision, mission, core values, code of conduct and the rebuilding of key roles on the executive leadership team to create and align on a five-fold strategic plan with key goals, measures and key outcomes. Larry also led the organization though a comprehensive infrastructure restructuring to significantly improve operational efficiency, which reduced general operations expenses over $240,000 annually (from 11.4 percent of revenue to 8.2 percent) and generated $1.2 million in liquid investments. Partners International has seen revenue growth in each of the last four financial years.
As a global account executive with Hewlett-Packard, Larry owned the overall general manager applications P&L responsibility for the Procter & Gamble account, which had a total annual operating revenue of $230 million. This included overall accountability for revenue, operating profit, operating budget, cost of delivery and project financial delivery. Larry was also responsible for both project and operations delivery, customer satisfaction and all operational service-level agreements and key peformance indicators. He provided the strategic and operational leadership for a team of more than 3,600 people located in more than 30 countries. Upon exiting this role, Larry led this business to all-time record results in top-line revenue, revenue margin, operational excellence, delivery customer satisfaction and operational service-level agreement performance. As recognition for these results, HP was awarded the 2012 P&G Global Business Services Supplier Excellence Award, which recognizes the top 1 percent of P&G partners, and HP was awarded a five-year extension of the outsourcing contract (IT infrastructure and applications) with a total contract value of over $1.7 billion.
Larry was born and raised in Sacramento, California. He studied business operations management and management information systems at California State University, Sacramento, then completed his MBA at CSU Chico. He has been married to Bethanne for over 35 years. They have four adult children — James, Timothy, Rebekah and Jonathan — and are guardians for Noor Kamal, a refugee from Myanmar. Larry serves as elder and in various discipleship initiatives at North Church in Spokane, Washington. Larry also serves with Serve Spokane, an organization focused on serving the needs of marginalized communities and families.
