"At the tender age of 13, my dad told me that whatever happens in life, when you have to make a decision, 'Always do the right thing.' This stuck with me throughout my career and has guided all my decisions, driving me to do what is right, not what is easy."

John is a seasoned C-suite executive leader with over 30 years of international experience in project management, operations management, mergers and acquisitions, integration and transition, strategic planning, talent development and corporate governance.

John was educated in his native England and began his post-graduate career in the gold and diamond mining industries of South Africa.
